The Listing Preparation “Mini” Package is best for the agent that needs a few extra services to get their listing started. Allowing us to take care of these additional tasks saves both time and effort.
The “Mini” package includes:
- Sign Post install and removal
- Scheduling of Photography and additional photography features per your instruction
- Home Warranty ordered and provided by your Seller to transfer to the buyer upon closing
- Provide access codes if needed for vendors
- Home book ordered from your preferred title company and delivered to your location.
